If there is any credit remaining after the redemption of the voucher, the remaining balance is forfeit as the voucher is for single use only. For example the voucher cannot be split or applied to multiple bookings. Vouchers are no longer redeemable after the voucher validity period has ended and as such will no longer be available for use.

Additional values cannot be added to existing vouchers. In the event a booking is cancelled by the establishment after voucher redemption, monies owing will be refunded in the form of a voucher or allocated to an alternative booking at your request.

Any refund associated with your booking will be in vouchers, to the extent that the vouchers were used to pay. Where payment was made in cash and vouchers, and the refund is less than original payment, the cash portion of the payment will be retained before any part of the vouchers.
